Handful of Almonds (about 1/4 cup)
1/2 of a Pomegrante (seeds)
Enough water to cover almonds and pom
Almost full scoop of Sun Warrior Raw Protein Vanilla
2 tsp Sun Warrior Ormus Super Greens
Blend until smooth and add a little water if needed.
Add 2 Frozen Bananas (make sure you have peeled the bananas before you freeze them = )
Blend and add water until you get the consistency you like. Less water, it will be more thick and shake-like, more water, and you will have a thinner shake/smoothie = )
2-3 drops of an immunity blend that contains orange, clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary, or a blend of the like. The cinnamon and clove really do it for this drink.
Turn the blender on low and let it mix through. If you turn it on high and it splashes on your blender, it will leave marks.
You can change out the pom for other fruits and also use Wild Orange. I have not experimented beyond that = )
